SL ISO - COMMUNICATION WITH STAGE COORDIANTORS

WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT?

When your stage coordinator contacts you to ask whether you will participate in the upcoming concert, you must always respond—whether your answer is yes or no. This will directly impact your future journey with SL ISO.

Based on your response, your stage coordinator updates your status on the complex Excel spreadsheet system we are working with.

If, throughout the season, you fail to reply with either “Yes” or “No” to any messages, your status will be marked as “No Response” on all concert spreadsheets. Consequently, if at least 3 of your concert responses remain “No Response,” your status will automatically be changed to “Black List” at the end of the season, and your SL ISO membership for the following season will be subject to reevaluation.

For the concerts you cannot attend, your Show Status will be marked as “Unavailable.” If you maintain regular communication with your stage coordinator even when you are unable to participate, the “Unavailable” status marked for three missed concerts will automatically be changed to “Check-In.” At the end of the current season, your place in SL ISO will then be reassessed for the following season, and you will be contacted again regarding your status.
