a.1. This agreement is made between SL ISO and the individual appointed as the employer of Marketing department. The purpose of this contract is to define the roles, responsibilities, working conditions, payment terms, and confidentiality obligations related to the position. By signing this document, both parties agree to abide by the terms set forth herein.
a.2. SL ISO's primary mission is to replicate the grandeur and intricacy of real-world symphonic performances in a virtual setting. By uniting talented musicians and vocalists from around the globe, the orchestra offers unique and immersive concerts that resonate with audiences. Each performance is meticulously crafted, featuring some of Second Life's finest live singers, musicians, and composers, ensuring that no two concerts are alike. SL ISO is not just about performances; it's about building a community. Musician-actors (role-players) within Second Life are encouraged to join the orchestra, contributing their existence to create harmonious and memorable experiences.
a.3. This project strictly adheres to the Second Life Terms of Service (TOS) set by Linden Lab, and no additional legal or commercial obligations are imposed. The Marketing Manager contract of SL ISO does not legally bind any parties. The collaboration is based entirely on mutual agreement, compromise, and trust. Participants work on a business basis and operate with a shared vision of growth.
