1) REGIONS AND PRESTIGE AUDIENCE INFORMATION
The Second Life International Symphony Orchestra (SL ISO) conducts all 2025/2026 season concerts under the main sponsorship of The Ritz SL Hotel.
The concert venue consists of two adjacent regions:
-
The public region (100 avatars in total), which includes The Ritz SL Hotel.
-
The SL ISO The Ritz Stage region (100 avatars in total), where the orchestra performs.
Prestige seats are located in The Ritz Stage region and consist of two rows with 12 seats each. These seats are positioned directly in front of the stage.
Due to teleportation security protocols, the total avatar limit in the stage region is capped at 70, ensuring that Prestige Ticket holders experience less lag and enjoy superior image quality and proximity to the stage.
Only Prestige Ticket holders and the 45 SL ISO orchestra members may enter the stage region.
Security protocols in The Ritz Stage region prevent unauthorized teleportation. Therefore, Prestige Ticket holders will not encounter “Full Region” errors, even if they arrive late, and can always teleport easily.
2) PRESTIGE AUDIENCE SEAT
Prestige Ticket holders experience SL ISO concerts through chairs scripted exclusively for them.
Each seat is customized based on the legacy name entered at the time of ticket purchase. Only the individual whose legacy name is recorded may sit in that chair.
Therefore, it is essential to enter accurate legacy names for each ticket during purchase.
All names entered during purchase are recorded in the SL ISO server database.
If a legacy name cannot be found during seat assignment, the SL ISO management will send one private IM notification to the buyer explaining the situation.
⚠️ If no response is received within 24 hours, SL ISO and The Ritz SL Hotel cannot be held responsible if the seat corresponding to the incorrect legacy name becomes unusable.
3) MAXIMUM TICKETS PER BUYER
Each person may purchase a maximum of two tickets in total.
If a person who has already purchased one ticket attempts to buy two more, the system will send an automatic warning showing the remaining ticket allowance, automatically offer the next available seat, and open a POPUP dialog to enter a legacy name.
Any attempt to purchase beyond the limit will be automatically cancelled by the ticket machine.
Those wishing to bring more than two attendees may contact SL ISO PR Manager Tara Isachenko or SL ISO Head Coordinator Tom Sparkle (GermanTom Resident) to request an additional ticket.
4) PRESTIGE AUDIENCE SEAT ASSIGNMENT AND LEGACY NAME
Prestige tickets and seats are linked to the Second Life Legacy Name of the individual who will occupy the seat.
Each ticket must be registered with a valid legacy name. Transactions missing a legacy name are automatically cancelled.
Seats are assigned sequentially:
A single-ticket buyer receives the next available seat.
A two-ticket buyer receives the next two adjacent seats in sequence.
Seat numbers are indicated as Row and Seat, for example:
Row 1 / Seat A1
Prestige Seat Numbers:
A1–A12, B1–B12
Two-ticket buyers will never be assigned non-adjacent seats such as A12 and B1. The ticket machine always assigns side-by-side seats for multi-ticket purchases.
Sample Ticket Machine Operation:
Next Available Ticket → Row 1 / Seat A12
Buyer Selection → 2 Tickets
Assigned Tickets → Row 2 / Seats B1 and B2
If Seat A12 remains skipped due to a two-ticket selection, it will later be assigned to a single-ticket buyer. This sequence continues for all subsequent ticket allocations.
5) PRESTIGE TICKET FEATURES AND SIGNIFICANCE
