The instrument group you have been assigned to is your main group. However, each concert has a specific participation quota. Therefore, this quota is determined according to the order of confirmations received from you. The logic is quite simple:

☘️ The concert participation quota of the 2nd Violin group is 5 musician-actors.

​

☘️ 7 people from the 2nd Violin group stated during their communication with the stage coordinator that they would participate.

​

☘️ According to the quota, the last 2 people out of these 7 are marked as "Late Confirm."

​

☘️ If the quotas in other instrument groups are not filled, these 2 people will be reassigned to other instrument groups for that concert only.

​

☘️ This reassignment can happen for different instruments at each concert.
